Funerals: A Time To Say Good-Bye

Most often funerals are a very sad time, yet it should be a time to celebrate the deceased’s life. Funerals most often takes place in a funeral home, but can also take place in the home of the deceased or church depending on the religious beliefs that are being followed. Generally, there will be a visitation the day before the funeral, but if the family wishes, the visitation may instead take place for a short time before the funeral begins. At the visitation the deceased is laid out in a casket. This is a time for friends and family to say good-bye and to offer their condolences to one another. More info: funerals Philadelphia
