Furnaces Designed For Fuel Oil

People who live in cold climates usually have heating systems installed in their homes. This system includes a furnace, which operates through the use of either natural gas or fuel oil. The type of furnace Chicago homeowners have will affect the price they pay for obtaining their heat. In most cases, fuel oil is less expensive to use than natural gas. The drawback to using the oil is the need to have it supplied to the home by way of a holding tank. These tanks are placed outside the home and need to be a specific distance from the side wall of the home to meet city regulations.
